Whether it’s time with the mustangs, a grounding foot zone, or a simple scalp treatment, it’s not about us doing something to you.
It’s about helping your nervous system settle so you can come back online.
This is about remembering your wildness.
Your calm.
Your clarity.

No pressure. No hierarchy.

I came to Spirit of the Wild because something in me finally exhaled.
The land, the horses, the quiet; it all reminded me of a part of myself I had pushed down while trying to be who the world expected me to be.
Here, I felt safe enough to slow down and actually feel again.
That’s what I hope to offer you, too.
I’m not here to analyze you or decide what’s “wrong.”
I’m here to hold space while you remember the parts of yourself you might’ve lost —
the parts that feel grounded, steady, honest, and real.
The sessions aren’t about performance; they’re about presence.
Whether it’s a simple head treatment or a nervous system reset, the intention is always the same:
to bring you back to you.
